Below is our BASIC pricing schedule for General Notary Work:

$25.00 for Initial Seal (signature)
$5.00 – Each Additional Signature Notarized of primary Individual
Additional Signers:
$10.00 – Each Additional Person’s Notarized Signature (1st)
$5.00 – Additional Notarized Signature for additional person
$15.00 per hour waiting time based appointment time or for incomplete paperwork or waiting on signers to arrive.
This INCLUDES: Technology Fee for Remote On-Line Notary (“RON”)
OR
Meeting you at a location convenient to you (home, hospital, nursing home, coffee shop, your place of business or other place where you arrange permission) within a 10-mile radius of the Lovell Road/Pellissippi interchange. We will travel to most parts of Knox, Loudon, Blount, Anderson and Roane Counties; additional mileage is $0.75 per mile, calculated one way. Longer distances can be negotiated.
Cash is the preferred payment method (checks are not accepted). Payment may be made by: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPay (a service fee of up to 5% may be added for payments via credit card)
Base Price: $75.00 – includes meeting at the site of your choice -travel policy same as above), exchange of vowels (traditional or self-written) and rings (optional); completing and returning the necessary paperwork to the county clerk’s office and a prayer (optional). NOT A FORMAL WEDDING or SERVICE
Additional services can be discussed, and pricing will be quoted accordingly.
Our Wedding Officiant services are designed for those individuals that desire a basic wedding experience with no formal ceremony) (signing of paperwork); but don’t want to be married at the courthouse. The couple is responsible for obtaining license and permission for use of any non-public area and paying any fees to the owner. Witnesses are not required, but guests are welcome.

We do not perform same-sex marriages, civil unions, or commitment ceremonies.
In Tennessee, online notarization is governed by the “Online Notary Public Act,” found in Title 8, Chapter 16, Part 3 of the Tennessee Code, which went into effect on July 1, 2019.

Please note the following: All signers must present a Valid, NON-EXPIRED Federal or State government-issued PHOTO document (ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID) – if in doubt ASK! ALL Signers must also be able to visually or verbally express their willingness to sign the documents.
* The notary MUST see the individual(s) actually sign the document – complete the entire document EXCEPT the signature sections. (note: wait time applies – see above) for time for you to complete documents.
