Below is our BASIC pricing schedule for General Notary Work:

(Special pricing is available based on total number of documents; signers and location. We would be happy to discuss a custom pricing plan with you for your needs)

$25.00 for Initial Seal (signature)

$5.00 - Each Additional Signature Notarized of primary Individual

Additional Signers:

$10.00 - Each Additional Person's Notarized Signature (1st)

$5.00 - Additional Notarized Signature for additional person

$15.00 per hour waiting time based appointment time or for incomplete paperwork or waiting on signers to arrive.

This INCLUDES: Technology Fee for Remote On-Line Notary ("RON") OR

Meeting you at a location convenient to you (home, hospital, nursing home, coffee shop, your place of business or other place where you arrange permission) within a 10-mile radius of the Lovell Road/Pellissippi interchange. We will travel to most parts of Knox, Loudon, Blount, Anderson and Roane Counties; additional mileage is $0.75 per mile, calculated one way. Longer distances can be negotiated.

Cash is the preferred payment method (checks are not accepted). Payment may be made by: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPay (a service fee of up to 5% may be added for payments via credit card)

WEDDING OFFICIaNT - CIVIL CEReMONY

Base Price: $75.00 - includes meeting at the site of your choice -travel policy same as above), exchange of vowels (traditional or self-written) and rings (optional); completing and returning the necessary paperwork to the county clerk's office and a prayer (optional). NOT A FORMAL WEDDING or SERVICE
Additional services can be discussed, and pricing will be quoted accordingly.

Our Wedding Officiant services are designed for those individuals that desire a basic wedding experience with no formal ceremony) (signing of paperwork); but don't want to be married at the courthouse. The couple is responsible for obtaining license and permission for use of any non-public area and paying any fees to the owner. Witnesses are not required, but guests are welcome.

In accordance with Mathew 19:4-6 where Jesus says, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?

We do not perform same-sex marriages, civil unions,

or commitment ceremonies.

WHAT IS "RON" ???

Remote Online Notarization

In Tennessee, online notarization is governed by the "Online Notary Public Act," found in Title 8, Chapter 16, Part 3 of the Tennessee Code, which went into effect on July 1, 2019.

RON allows for the entire notarization process, including identity verification, document signing, and the notarial act, to be conducted remotely via audio-video technology.
How it works:
- The signer and notary interact through a secure online platform using video conferencing.
- The notary verifies the signer's identity using methods like knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and credential analysis of government-issued IDs.
- The document is signed and notarized electronically, with the notary affixing their electronic seal and digital certificate.

- Convenience: RON offers a more flexible and accessible notarization process for both the notary and the signer, eliminating the need for in-person meetings.
- Efficiency: The digital process streamlines notarizations, saving time and resources.
- Security: RON utilizes advanced identity verification technologies, enhancing the security and integrity of the notarization process.

Generally, a Notary is available between 8am and 11pm, 7 Days per week; Appointments can be Available 24x7x365!!
