Pricing and payment

The #1 question we get asked is what do you charge?

(I am a MOBILE Notary, coming to you in person, at this time I do not offer "on-line or eNotary services" but plan to in the future)

Below is our pricing schedule:

$65.00 for up to 3 Notarized signatures of the same person on Individual Documents.

$5.00 - Each Additional Signature Motorized of primary Individual

This includes meeting you at a location convenient to you (home, hospital, nursing home, coffee shop, your place of business or other place where you arrange permission) within a 20-mile radius of Zip Code 37932 (Kingston Pike at Lovell Road)

Additional Charges:

$10.00 - Each Additional Person's Notarized Signature (1st)

$5.00 - Additional Notarized Signature for additional person

$1.00 per mile for time and travel outside the 20-mile allowable distance.

$20.00 per hour waiting time based appointment time or for incomplete paperwork or waiting on signers to arrive.

Payment may be made by: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPay. Payments via MC, VS, AE or DS will be accessed a 5% convenience fee.

Notaries are available during the business day at multiple locations but often these hours are not convenient for the signers.

We specialize in those after business hours time of:

6pm - 11pm = Monday- Friday

7am - 11pm = Saturday, Sunday, Holidays

* Other times may be available - contact us for information *

(additional charges may apply for times outside of these hours)

PREPARING FOR YOUR SIGNING Session

Please note the following:

* All those whose signature wwill be notarized must present a Valid, Photo ID issued by a federal or state government (State ID, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID) - if in doubt ASK! They must also be able to verbalize their willingness to sign the documents

* The notary MUST see the individual(s) actually sign the document - complete the entire document EXCEPT the signature sections. (note: wait time applies - see above) for time for you to complete documents
